재는 일

정방(正方)은 네 각이 모두 직각인 사각형입니다. 컨설팅에서 가장 흔한 실패는 답을 먼저 정해 두고 자료를 맞추는 것입니다. 저희는 같은 항목을 같은 기준으로 재는 일부터 합니다. 그래야 지난 분기와 이번 분기를 비교할 수 있습니다.

그래서 진단 보고서의 목차는 회사마다 다르지 않습니다. 형식이 같아야 다음 진단 때 무엇이 달라졌는지 보이기 때문입니다.

    자료 수령 · 사전 분석

    3개년 재무제표, 조직도, 급여대장, 생산 실적을 받습니다. 보안이 필요한 자료는 방문 열람만 합니다.

  2. W2

    1차 현장 방문 (하루)

    대표 인터뷰 90분, 실무자 인터뷰 4~6명, 현장 라운딩. 이날 하루로 대부분의 쟁점이 나옵니다.

  3. W3

    중간 정리 · 2차 방문

    1차에서 나온 가설을 자료로 확인합니다. 어긋나는 부분만 다시 물어봅니다.

  4. W4

    보고서 · 보고회

    평균 42쪽 보고서와 실행 계획표를 드립니다. 보고회는 2시간, 참석 인원 제한은 없습니다.
