자주 묻는 질문

비 오는 날도 진행하나요?

진행합니다. 견학과 수확 모두 온실 안에서 이뤄집니다. 다만 부속 목장 구역(프로그램 D)은 우천 시 실내 급이장으로 동선을 바꿉니다.

유아도 들어갈 수 있나요?

36개월 미만은 무료로 동반 입장하실 수 있습니다. 다만 온실 바닥이 젖어 있는 경우가 많아 유모차보다 아기띠를 권합니다. 통로 폭은 1.2m입니다.

따간 것 말고 추가로 살 수 있나요?

선별장 옆 직판장에서 500g / 1kg 단위로 구입하실 수 있습니다. 체험 참가자는 10% 할인됩니다. 카드 결제 가능합니다.

예약을 취소하면 환불되나요?

방문 3일 전까지 전액, 2일 전 70%, 전날 50% 환불합니다. 당일 취소와 미방문은 환불되지 않습니다. 기상특보 발효 시에는 전액 환불합니다.
